Cancellation, Refund & Delivery Policy

You can review, change, or abandon your order at any time before you select “Place Order & Pay” at checkout. Once your order is submitted and confirmed, we begin preparing it right away. Because every item is made fresh to order, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been confirmed.

If something is wrong, please call us at (203) 752-1800 as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

If your order has a missing item, an incorrect item, or an item that isn’t right, please contact us. If we are unable to resolve your concern another way, we may — at our discretion — offer you a replacement item, a credit toward a future order, or a partial or full refund.

Any refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout, processed securely through Square, and may take a few business days to appear on your statement.

Pickup orders are ready for collection at 118 Grand Ave, New Haven, CT 06513. We confirm your order and show an estimated ready time at checkout. Please have your order confirmation handy when you arrive.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to make it right.

• Delivery area: we deliver within a set distance of our restaurant. Enter your address at checkout to confirm you are in our delivery zone.
• Delivery time: you will see an estimated delivery time when you place your order. We make every effort to meet it, barring exceptional circumstances.
• Delivery fee: any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm, and may vary by distance.
• Special instructions: add delivery notes on the checkout page and we will pass them along.
